University of Birjand Journal Indexed in DOAJ

Birjand, Iran – The Interdisciplinary Studies of Literature, Arts and Humanities journal, published by the University of Birjand, has been indexed in the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), a prominent international database.
The journal, which received its publishing license from the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance in 2020, has also been recognized by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, earning a "B" scientific ranking. It is also indexed in the Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC).
Interdisciplinary Studies of Literature, Arts and Humanities aims to promote interdisciplinary research in comparative literature. The bi-annual journal publishes articles in both English and Persian, exploring the relationships and interactions between literature and other humanities disciplines.
With a focus on new theories and research methods in interdisciplinary studies, the journal seeks to foster innovative and systematic research in Iran and create a platform for interdisciplinary and intercultural dialogue. A section of the journal is dedicated to reviewing theoretical and applied books on interdisciplinary studies.
The journal's director-in-charge is Dr. Ebrahim Mohammadi, a faculty member at the University of Birjand. Dr. Ali Reza Anoshirvani, a professor of comparative literature, literary theory, and criticism, serves as the editor-in-chief.
