University of Birjand Strengthens International Ties with Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Birjand, Iran – In a recent meeting, Dr. Ebrahimi, Head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Representation in South Khorasan Province, visited the University of Birjand to discuss enhancing international academic collaborations.
