Process of application at the University of Birjand

Step 3: Completing the Application Form

Now, it's time to fill out our application form. Please note that all applications must be submitted before the application deadline which can be found here on our academic calendar page. To streamline this process, make sure to prepare the following information and documents in advance:

Required Information:

• All information from the first page of your passport
• Marital status
• Religion
• Number of children
• Current address and contact information
• Details of your previous education

Required Documents:

• Degree certificate and transcripts
• Curriculum Vitae (CV)
• Recommendation letters
• Statement of Purpose
• A personal photograph
• Image of the first page of your passport

Ensure that all the information and documents are accurate and up-to-date before proceeding to the next step.

Step 4: Submitting Your Application

Once you have completed the application form and attached the necessary documents, submit your application. Our admissions team will carefully review your submission.

Step 5: Application Processing

After submitting your application, our team will process it and forward it to the relevant departments for consideration. We will keep you updated on the status of your application throughout the review process.

Step 6: Application Fee

The application for the University of Birjand is free and you will not charged anything for your application. Also, it should be noted that five international students whose nationality is not currently studying at the University of Birjand will receive a full scholarship (exemption from tuition fees).

Step 7: Admission Timelines

It is highly recommended that the application be submitted two or three months prior to the deadline to expedite admission decisions. You can find more information on the academic calendar page.

Step 8: Evaluation Criteria

Applicants must have been awarded (or are about to be awarded) a diploma, bachelor's, or master's degree equivalent to that granted by the University of Birjand to be eligible for our programs at different levels of study.

Step 9: Visa and Immigration Information

For international applicants, after they have been admitted by the relevant department, the study visa will be requested by the University Consular Office, free of charge, and sent to you after it is issued.
